SoloOps is software that helps you understand a contract and prepare your reply: it highlights the terms worth discussing and suggests wording. No person reads your contract, and it is not legal advice. For a high-stakes deal, such as a large contract value or complex IP terms, talk to a lawyer before you sign. If you save your own terms, the check also shows where the contract differs from them.
Is the analysis done by AI?
Yes. Contract checks, comparisons, templates and country summaries are generated by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) from what you upload or type. No person checks the result, and AI can miss things or get them wrong, so treat the report as a starting point and check anything important yourself or with a lawyer.
Can you actually see my contract?
Your file is encrypted on your device before it's ever uploaded, decrypted only in memory while the check runs, then deleted from storage. What we do keep is the flagged clauses and short excerpts, so you can find them again in your check history. Before the text goes to the AI model, the email addresses, phone numbers, IBANs, card and account numbers we recognise are replaced with placeholders and put back in your report; names and addresses are sent as they are, and a scanned PDF is sent as it is.
What counts as a check, and when do limits reset?
One contract check is one uploaded contract, however long it is. Monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). A check that fails on our side is not counted.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. The first payment of a subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. A pack of 5 checks is refundable within 14 days if none of its checks were used. Write to support@getsoloops.co; details are in the Refund Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancel in Account under Manage subscription, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Who takes the payment?
Creem (creem.io) is our Merchant of Record: it processes the payment, adds any tax that applies and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
You can delete your account yourself in Account, under Delete account. It removes your profile, check results, comparisons, documents, invoices and files at once. Payment records stay with Creem, as the law requires.
What are the templates, invoices and Jurisdiction Matcher?
Templates draft an NDA, a service agreement or a change order around your deal (Pro). The invoice generator makes invoices you print or save as PDF (every plan). The Jurisdiction Matcher gives public information on countries where you could register a business, with official sources; it is not legal or tax advice.
Does it work for contracts in other languages?
Yes. SoloOps reads the contract in its original language and explains every finding in whichever interface language you're using.
What if I don't like a suggested edit?
Every suggestion is a starting point, not a final answer. Change the wording however you like, or copy the ready-made message straight into your email to the client. You can also ask about any finding; the answer is based on that finding only.
What file types can I upload?
PDF (including scans up to 20 pages) and DOCX. A scan is read from its page images, so compare quotes with the original.
