Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy covers paid SoloOps.ai plans (Pro and Studio) and one-time packs of contract scans. SoloOps.ai is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Starchenko, registered in Georgia, registration No. 304782901.
1. Who processes your payment
Creem (creem.io) is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Creem sells the subscription or scan pack to you, charges the payment and any taxes that apply, and handles payment questions and refunds.
2. 14-day refund of your first payment
If SoloOps.ai is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund of the first payment of a subscription within 14 days of that payment. You don't need to give a reason.
3. Renewals and cancelling
- Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period, every month or every year depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or a charge was made in error.
4. Scan packs
A scan pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You can ask for a full refund of a pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its scans have been used. Once a scan from the pack has been used, the pack is not refunded, except where the law requires it or a charge was made in error. When a pack is refunded, its unused scans are removed from your account.
Scans from a pack are valid for 12 months from the purchase. Scans that expire unused are not refunded.
5. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@getsoloops.co from the email address on your account, or reply to your Creem receipt. Approved refunds are made by Creem and go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Free plans and promo codes
The Free plan and plans given by a promo code cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
